It depends on the organization. Some choose to offer the program as a fully paid health or wellness benefit (through their insurance plans) while some choose to cover a portion and have participants pay the balance.
The fee is typically based on per participant and not per visit.
It is recommended that, on average, individuals get tested 3 times per year.
They may be completed at your central location or at our fulfillment location.

A technician who has gained high competency can test up to 4 participants at one time (assume 30 min - 45 min for testing and to review results with each participant).
Yes, OVAL may train your chosen technicians via paid training. The cost will vary depending on the number of technicians. Training includes education about OVAL, testing competency, access to the Administrative Dashboard where all data will be stored and accessible to technicians as well as resources on how to support participants.
Each Member receives their own physiology guidance.
Your company should inform OVAL that an employee is no longer part of the program, at which time OVAL will deactivate them.
