Member Reporting Suite

Member Reporting Suite

Within your OVAL app, you'll find the Member Reporting Suite, a section that houses all of the reports generated about your metabolic fitness. Every time you take a SMART Test, a new report will appear in the Member Reporting Suite. Over time, your collection of reports will tell the story of your metabolic fitness , based on the efforts you've made and the transformative effects they've had on your overall metabolic health.

Your Initial SMART Test Report

Upon completing your SMART Test, your technician will review your results with you, including your:

  • Body Composition Results
  • MetFlex Index (your metabolic fitness score)
  • Heart Rate Movement Zones & Programs
  • Lactate Curve

Full results are always available in the OVAL app and will provide insights into your current metabolic function (metabolism). The information within your report provides fundamental insights about your system, upon which your movement programming will be personalized. You will also receive a separate body composition report that provides additional insights. Following your report's recommendations increases your chances of improving your entire metabolic system and thus improving your health.

Your Body Composition Report

This report provides information about your current physical structure, including the percentage of your body that consists of fat and muscle. When your system changes, body composition changes tend to follow. Monitoring these changes is important for measuring the impact of your movement programs.

To provide a holistic view of your metabolic system and important biomarkers, your Body Composition Report covers the following measurements:

  1. 1. Body Fat Mass: The weight of all fat on the body, measured in pounds.
  2. 2. Percent Body Fat: The percentage of the body's weight that comprises only fat. This is measured to compare lean body mass to total body weight, providing important insights into health and a point at which to set goals.
  3. 3. Lean Body Mass: The weight of your muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and internal organs, measured in pounds.
  4. 4. Skeletal Muscle Mass: The weight of muscles used to move the body — not including smooth muscles, like the heart and gut — measured in pounds.
  5. 5. Visceral Fat Area: The fat that has accumulated within the abdominal wall and around internal organs, such as the intestines and kidneys.

There is a relationship between your body's structure and metabolic function that tells a story about your metabolic health. Your OVAL technician will guide you through your report.

Your Comparision SMART Test Report

After you've completed two or more SMART Tests, you'll receive a comparison report that provides insights into how your metabolic system has changed since starting OVAL.

Comparisons will be made to highlight changes in the following:

  • MetFlex Index
  • Energy use
  • Heart Rate Zones
  • Lactate curves
  • Body Composition

You may not notice body composition changes immediately (e.g., improvements in body weight, fat loss), however, with OVAL we're able to see changes at a metabolic level, which is foundational to improving and sustaining metabolic health.

The Member Reporting Suite presents a comprehensive approach to understanding and optimizing individual health and wellness. Through detailed analyses, like the Initial SMART Test Report and the Body Composition Report, you'll be able to gain insights into your metabolic health and overall well-being. These reports not only provide a snapshot of current status but also serve as a roadmap for guiding personalized movement programs and tracking progress over time. Additionally, the Comparison SMART Test Report offers valuable insights into how metabolic systems evolve, highlighting improvements in key biomarkers and metabolic function. We hope that with these reports at hand, you'll feel empowered to make informed decisions and embark on a journey toward enhanced metabolic fitness and overall health.
